Sugar Rush Is A Myth
It's true, sugar rush is a lie... There is no evidence supporting it. Every scientist i seen talking about it sid there is nothing supporting this idea, it's just a placebo effect, and there is more pointing toward sugar making you more tired than hyper. Also the sugar rush idea is only really a thing in America, other places don't really push this myth. There have been studies done and nothing pointed to it being true, so we should drop this lie. Spread the word that this is a lie.
