Just look around for them. Pretty much anything can be used for witchcraft. 

 I don't know why i even have to explain this, it should be obvious.  I want to start with saying putting a love spell on yourself isn't the same as putting a love spell on other people.  Putting a love spell on yourself to attract love or using a love spell on yourself to help you love yourself more isn't bad, attracting love isn't the same a putting spells on others. Putting love spells on others is you not caring about their consent or their feelings. You can't just force people to love you, it's not real love. If you care about their consent or their feelings then don't force them to like you. If you want real love you have to look for it, not force it.  You wouldn't want other people trying to force you to do something you wouldn't want to do right? So you shouldn't do it to other people. Consent is important, people's feelings are important, so don't act like they aren't. 

 With everything, there are things you should know and do before doing said thing, witchcraft is no different.  Witchcraft isn't a toy or a game, witchcraft can do harm and damage as well as heal and good. So you should be careful with what you do with it. Witchcraft isn't evil, many people (especially christians) will say that witchcraft is evil. In reality, witchcraft is a tool. Tools can't be good or bad, they are just to help you do something, the person who uses them does good or evil with them.  So you want to be a witch? You have come to the right place... So what is a witch? A witch is someone who does witchcraft. Anything else is just up to person to person. Any religion or lack of religion is just up to you, you don't have to be in any specific religion to be a witch you can have no religion too. There are atheist witches.  What is witchcraft? Witchcraft is a tool, a tool witches use to help them. What is magic? Magic is energy. Everything has energy. You can use anything for magic. So all you really need to do to be a witch is do magic. 

 Throughout history, merpeople have been seen by many people, yet it's still hard to spot them. They are good at hiding from people. Maybe this list will help us spot them better... Let's start with what merpeople look like:  Obviously, we know merpeople as half human half fish, but what if they are in a human form.  I see this question a lot. People think spotting a witch is easy or obvious. But it's not really easy. Witches look and act like everyone else. Witches are just normal people, the only difference is that witches do witchcraft. So you can't really look at someone and just say "that's a witch" because that isn't how it works. Just like you can just look at someone and say "that's a gamer". Sure they could wear something that has a witch symbol or a shirt with a video game on it but that doesn't mean they play that game or know what the symbol is.  There are a few things that is common among witches, but again not all witches do this or look like this, and not everyone who looks like this or does these things are witches...  So we should go with how you should look first: Real witches look like everyone else, so you don't really need to do anything crazy. But you could do a few things to maybe give off the witchy vibe.  1. Wear colors that are more witchy, black, purple, green, brown, yellow, red, etc. Wear long flowing clothes. If you want to look like a real witch don't wear it like a costume, avoid Halloween costume stores.  2. Wear makeup with similar colors (optional) 3.
