How To Look (And Act) Like A Witch

 So we should go with how you should look first: Real witches look like everyone else, so you don't really need to do anything crazy. But you could do a few things to maybe give off the witchy vibe. 




1. Wear colors that are more witchy, black, purple, green, brown, yellow, red, etc. Wear long flowing clothes. If you want to look like a real witch don't wear it like a costume, avoid Halloween costume stores. 
2. Wear makeup with similar colors (optional)
3. Wear witchy jewelry, crystals, gems, pentacle, pendulums, etc. 
4. Wear things with stars, moons, suns, tarot cards, crystals, gems, pentacles, pendulums, 
5. Decorate your room/house with similar things too. 
6. Dye your hair black or white (optional)
7. Get or make a spell book, you can put all of your spells in here and keep them in a safe spot.
8. Get a wand, not all witches have wands but you can make one or buy one (optional)
9. Do magic, you can't be a witch without doing magic
10. Have long pointy nails and paint them black (optional)

Extra tips: Make sure you take off your makeup when you go to sleep



How to act like a witch: Witches act like everyone else, so you can just be yourself.


1. Do witchcraft, cast spells, there are all kinds of spells you can do, if you want to actually be a witch you have to do magic, a witch is someone who does witchcraft. You can look the part all you want but if you want to actually be a witch you need to do the magic. 
2. Read books about witchcraft and witches, and learn your history. 
3. Collect things that will help you with your spells, candles, plants, gems, crystals, etc. 
4. Build an altar, an altar a table or flat-topped block used as the focus for a religious ritual, especially for making sacrifices or offerings to a deity. 
5. Make friends with other witches. 
6. Make a garden if you can. (optional)
7. Witches aren't all evil so if you are nice then be a nice witch too. 
8. Spend time in nature
9. Learn about Wicca and decide if you want to use witchcraft in a religion or not, and remember Wicca is a religion you should respect it.
10. Respect the earth, respect the plants and animals around you.
11. Learn to read runes and other languages. 

Extra tips: Don't spread misinformation about witches and witchcraft, learn about what you are talking about before speaking about it.
