 It's true, sugar rush is a lie... There is no evidence supporting it. Every scientist i seen talking about it sid there is nothing supporting this idea, it's just a placebo effect, and there is more pointing toward sugar making you more tired than hyper. Also the sugar rush idea is only really a thing in America, other places don't really push this myth. There have been studies done and nothing pointed to it being true, so we should drop this lie.  Spread the word that this is a lie.

 Halloween is one of the best holidays ever!! But sometimes it's a little hard to think of a costume every year... sure you could just use the costume you used last year or some other previous year but for some of us it's more fun to be something different every year.  1. Ghost You could go with something more simple like a white sheet but you could do something more like an outfit and makeup that will make you look like a ghost. You can also go with a ghost character from media... 2. Royalty King or Queen, Princess or Prince. Maybe you have a favorite character who is royalty...  3.  A vampire would want to blend in with humans, they will try to look like everyone else so no one knows they are there. So how do you spot one who is trying to look like a human? 🧛🏻‍♀️ Let's start with this first...  So let's start with how to look like a vampire :  You could just make yourself look like everyone else and act like a vampire because obviously, a vampire would want to try their best to blend in with humans, but seems more fun to actually look a little more like a vampire too. 1. Wear dark colors, black, dark red, dark blue, dark green, etc.  2. Make yourself a little paler (don't use clown makeup because that will make you look like a clown) 3. Wear red or black lipstick (optional) 4. Wear colored eye contacts, preferably red (optional) 5. Wear fangs, but if your teeth already look more sharp then you can stay with your normal teeth 6. Wear dark makeup around your eyes to make them look more sunken in, give yourself that dead look 7. Be awake at night and only go out at night if you can, if not try to stay in the shade when out during the day 8. Drink red drinks, or put red dye in them. 9. Wear old clothes and jewelry, this can help make you look older than you appear....

 So we should go with how you should look first: Real witches look like everyone else, so you don't really need to do anything crazy. But you could do a few things to maybe give off the witchy vibe.  1. Wear colors that are more witchy, black, purple, green, brown, yellow, red, etc. Wear long flowing clothes. If you want to look like a real witch don't wear it like a costume, avoid Halloween costume stores.  2. Wear makeup with similar colors (optional) 3. Wear witchy jewelry, crystals, gems, pentacle, pendulums, etc.  4. Wear things with stars, moons, suns, tarot cards, crystals, gems, pentacles, pendulums,  5. Decorate your room/house with similar things too.  6. Dye your hair black or white (optional) 7. Get or make a spell book, you can put all of your spells in here and keep them in a safe spot. 8.
