These things can be cheap and/or you probably already have them somewhere. If you don't have them then you can go to pretty much any store and get them.  Herbs Candles Bowls of water Pen & Paper Fabric Jars Salt Dirt/Sticks/Flowers/Rocks/Crystals/Gems Journals/Sketchbooks Color Magic Mirrors Printing things (tarot cards or sigils) Yarn/String/Cord Paint Clay You can get these things at all kinds of stores or you might already have them (or you can just make them). Just look around for them. Pretty much anything can be used for witchcraft. 

 I don't know why i even have to explain this, it should be obvious.  I want to start with saying putting a love spell on yourself isn't the same as putting a love spell on other people.  Putting a love spell on yourself to attract love or using a love spell on yourself to help you love yourself more isn't bad, attracting love isn't the same a putting spells on others. Putting love spells on others is you not caring about their consent or their feelings. You can't just force people to love you, it's not real love. If you care about their consent or their feelings then don't force them to like you. If you want real love you have to look for it, not force it.  You wouldn't want other people trying to force you to do something you wouldn't want to do right? So you shouldn't do it to other people. Consent is important, people's feelings are important, so don't act like they aren't. 

 With everything, there are things you should know and do before doing said thing, witchcraft is no different.  Witchcraft isn't a toy or a game, witchcraft can do harm and damage as well as heal and good. So you should be careful with what you do with it. Witchcraft isn't evil, many people (especially christians) will say that witchcraft is evil. In reality, witchcraft is a tool. Tools can't be good or bad, they are just to help you do something, the person who uses them does good or evil with them. Like a hammer isn't evil. most people use a hammer to tin nails but some people have uses hammers to harm people and hit them with it, that doesn't make hammers evil, just the people are evil.  Real magic isn't like in the media, you may have seen or read The Craft, Snow White, Merlin, Hocus Pocus, Owl House, Enchanted, Practical Magic, Once Upon A Time, Charmed, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, The Love Witch, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Little Mermaid, Every Witch W...

 So you want to be a witch? You have come to the right place... So what is a witch? A witch is someone who does witchcraft. Anything else is just up to person to person. Any religion or lack of religion is just up to you, you don't have to be in any specific religion to be a witch you can have no religion too. There are atheist witches.  What is witchcraft? Witchcraft is a tool, a tool witches use to help them. What is magic? Magic is energy. Everything has energy. You can use anything for magic. So all you really need to do to be a witch is do magic.
